Breast Reduction Before & After Photos
See real results from patients who chose Dr. Reilly for their breast reduction surgery at the Connecticut Breast Reduction Center.

Patient 1001
This patient came in with breasts that hung well past her ribcage, with nipples pointing straight down toward the floor. Years of weight had stretched the skin so much that dark hyperpigmentation was visible along the underside of each breast. During surgery we removed a substantial amount of tissue on both sides and lifted the nipples several inches to face forward. The result is a compact, lifted chest that now sits at a natural position on her body.
Patient 1002
The patient arrived with extremely pendulous breasts that reached nearly to her waistline, clearly visible above the belt in her before photo. Surgery involved a major tissue resection to remove the excess weight she had been carrying for years. Both nipples were repositioned high on the chest wall during the lift portion of the procedure. The final outcome shows a dramatically smaller chest that finally matches the proportions of her torso.
Patient 1003
Before surgery, this patient had breasts that completely dominated her moderate frame with heavy fullness throughout. She wanted to go noticeably smaller, so we removed a substantial amount of tissue during the reduction. The vertical incision scars visible in the after photo reflect the extent of the surgery needed to reach her goal. Her nipples now sit centered on firm, compact breasts that match the rest of her build.
Patient 1004
Heavy, drooping tissue and elongated nipples were the main concerns this patient brought to her consultation. During surgery we removed a meaningful amount of breast tissue and tightened the skin envelope to create a firmer overall shape. The nipples were repositioned higher and reshaped to face forward rather than downward. In the after photo, her breasts are rounded, lifted, and free of the heaviness seen before.
Patient 1005
The corset worn in this patient's before photo shows just how much daily support she needed to manage the weight of her breasts. Our surgical plan focused on removing enough volume to ease her physical burden without taking away the feminine shape she wanted to keep. We reduced the size considerably while preserving fullness that matched her curvy frame. The after photo shows breasts that sit dramatically higher on her chest while still looking full and natural.
Patient 1006
This patient's biggest concern was clear asymmetry, with her left breast noticeably larger and lower than her right. To correct this, we removed enough tissue from her left side during the reduction. Her nipple was then brought to matching heights to create visual balance between the two breasts. The after photo shows a symmetrical, proportionate chest that photographs evenly from any angle.
Patient 1007
Years of carrying heavy breast tissue had left this patient with pronounced stretch marks and a low-hanging appearance. During her reduction, we took out a substantial amount of volume from each breast. The nipples were then raised to a natural, youthful height as part of the lift. Her after photo shows rounded, firmer breasts where the original skin stretching is largely concealed within the new shape.
Patient 1008
When this patient came in, her breasts had a soft, sagging shape with elongated nipples that made them appear older than they should have. Our surgical approach removed tissue from the lower portion of each breast while tightening the skin around the remaining volume. The nipples were restored to a centered position during the lift. In the post-op image, her breasts are firm, rounded, and sit in a much more natural position.
Patient 1009
Stretch marks and visible sagging in this patient's before photo reflected years of strain on her skin from heavy breasts. The surgical plan involved removing a meaningful amount of tissue and raising the nipples several inches to restore a natural position. We also tightened the remaining skin to improve overall projection. Her after photo shows a more youthful contour with breasts that now sit forward on her chest rather than drooping downward.
Patient 1010
This patient liked her overall size but was unhappy with how low her breasts had dropped over the years. Instead of a major reduction, our plan focused on a full lift paired with a modest amount of tissue removal. We raised the nipples significantly and tightened the surrounding skin to reposition everything higher on the chest. The after photo preserves most of her original fullness but shows a dramatically more balanced, centered shape.
Patient 1011
Shape refinement was the primary goal for this patient, not a major size reduction. During surgery we performed a light tissue removal alongside a full lift to address both concerns at once. The nipples were elevated and the loose surrounding skin was tightened to create a firmer appearance. Her after photo shows a natural size that sits higher on her chest with a smoother, rounder form.
Patient 1012
This patient arrived with breasts so pendulous that her nipples were pointing directly at the floor and hanging near her navel. Surgery required removing a major volume of tissue to bring her size down substantially. We also repositioned her nipples a considerable distance up the chest wall as part of the lift. The after image shows breasts that sit high and compact, bearing almost no resemblance to their starting size and position.
Patient 1013
Large, heavy breasts with nipples pointing downward defined this patient's starting appearance. During her reduction, we removed a meaningful amount of volume and restructured the remaining tissue into a more upright shape. The nipples were lifted to a higher position on the chest during the same procedure. Her after photo shows breasts that now project forward with firm, youthful contour.
Patient 1014
The weight of this patient's breasts had caused them to hang well below her ribcage by the time she came in for surgery. Our plan was to remove enough tissue to reduce the heaviness she had been carrying while bringing everything into a higher position. The lift raised her nipples and reshaped the remaining volume into a supported form. The final result retains fullness that suits her frame but completely eliminates the dragging appearance.
Patient 1015
Before surgery, this patient had extremely long breasts with pronounced stretch marks and nipples resting near her upper abdomen. Her reduction required removing a large volume of tissue from both sides to achieve the change she was looking for. As part of the lift, we moved her nipples well above the inframammary fold to a natural height. Her after photo shows a transformed, compact chest that looks nothing like the pendulous shape she started with.
Patient 1016
Deep sagging and long, heavy breasts were the defining concerns for this patient at her initial consultation. We performed a substantial tissue removal combined with a full lift to create the dramatic change visible between the two photos. The nipples were repositioned to a much higher location on the chest wall during the same procedure. Her after image shows a smaller, supported chest that sits in an entirely different position on her body.
Patient 1017
Full breasts with downward-pointing nipples and visible sagging brought this patient in for surgery. During her reduction, we removed tissue and tightened the surrounding skin to reshape her breasts into a rounder, firmer form. The lift repositioned her nipples onto the center of the new shape. In the after photo, her breasts project noticeably forward and show a youthful, balanced contour.
Patient 1018
This patient's before photo showed significant drooping along with elongated nipples that had been stretched over time. Our approach combined reduction techniques with a full lift to address tissue volume, nipple position, and overall shape at the same time. We removed excess tissue and elevated the nipples during the same procedure. The final image shows a smaller, lifted chest with renewed projection and a firmer shape.
Patient 1019
Full, heavy breasts with moderate sagging were the main features of this patient's starting appearance. We removed a modest amount of tissue during the reduction. The lift portion of the procedure raised her nipples and repositioned the remaining volume into a higher location. Her after photo keeps generous fullness but shows breasts that now sit dramatically higher on her chest.
Patient 1020
This patient's curvier frame and naturally full breasts guided a conservative surgical approach. We performed a tissue removal paired with a full lift to raise and reshape her breasts. The lift tightened the surrounding skin and elevated her nipples to a firmer position. The after photo retains the same generous fullness but shows a shape that sits higher and feels more supported.
Patient 1021
General heaviness was a major factor for this patient going into surgery. To correct this, we removed tissue from each side during the reduction. The overall volume was reduced at the same time to ease the physical weight she had been carrying. Her after photo shows balanced, proportionate breasts with nipples at matching heights.
Patient 1022
Heavy, pendulous tissue with pronounced fullness in the lower half of each breast was the main concern at her consultation. During surgery we removed tissue from the bottom portion and tightened the skin to reshape the breasts. The nipples were then repositioned to a higher centerline on the chest. The post-op photo shows breasts that project forward rather than hanging downward.
Patient 1023
Stretched skin, elongated nipples, and low-hanging breasts had aged this patient's appearance considerably by the time she came in. Our surgical plan removed tissue from the lower half of each breast and elevated the nipples into a youthful position. The surrounding skin was tightened to create a firmer overall shape. The difference between her loose, heavy before and her firm, higher after is immediately visible in the photos.
Patient 1024
This patient had full breasts on a curvier frame, which called for a balanced surgical approach. We reduced enough volume to relieve the physical discomfort she described while keeping a shape that matched her overall build. The lift repositioned her nipples and tightened the skin to create a more supported appearance. The after photo shows a chest that sits higher and blends naturally with the rest of her proportions.
Patient 1025
Dense, heavy breasts on an otherwise slimmer frame created the contrast this patient wanted to address. Her surgery required removing a large volume of tissue to bring her size down substantially to match her build. The remaining breast tissue was then shaped into compact, firm forms during the lift. Anchor scars visible in the after photo reflect the extent of the reduction needed to reach her goal size.
Patient 1026
Pendulous breasts with low-hanging nipples and significant sagging were the defining features of this patient's before photo. Surgery combined a reduction and a lift to remove volume while elevating the nipples to a natural centerline. We preserved enough fullness to keep a feminine shape throughout the procedure. Her after photo shows a smaller, supported chest with the remaining volume sitting in the right position.
Patient 1027
This patient came in with extremely long, uneven, pendulous breasts that hung well below her natural chest line. During her reduction we removed a meaningful amount of tissue and repositioned her nipples several inches higher on the chest wall. The remaining volume was reshaped into a rounder, more compact form. Her after photo shows breasts that sit at a natural chest level while retaining full, feminine contour.
